Orders
How can I place an order?
Order method no. 1
Browse our store and add the item(s) you're interested in to your cart. Then, click on the shopping cart located in the top right corner of your screen. From there, you can confirm or modify your cart, then proceed to payment. To do this, you'll need to fill in your contact information and the information requested for the delivery and shipping of your order.
Order mode no. 2
You can place an order by telephone by contacting our customer service at 06 45 79 07 54 and providing us with the list of items you wish to purchase.
To pay, you don't need to send us your bank details by phone or in writing; you just need to enter your information on a secure interface accessible via a unique link that we will send you.
Where is my shopping cart?
Add the items you are interested in to your basket and find all its contents:
Either by clicking on the small shopping cart symbol at the top right of your screen.
Either on the “View Cart” button on the product image if it is on the home page.
How do I add items to my cart?
Simply click the "Add to Cart" button on the product page of the product you are interested in. Once in your cart, you can delete the product or change the quantity.
How do I know where my order is?
- If you made your purchase by creating an account: you can access your order on your "Dashboard" or in the "My Orders" tab and track the processing of your order. You will also receive a tracking email at each new stage of the processing and shipping of your order.
- If you made your purchase as a guest (without creating an account): you will receive a tracking email at each new stage of the processing and shipping of your order.
If you have any problems tracking your order, please do not hesitate to contact us.
How can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order by following the procedure below:
- send, within 12 hours of payment for the order, an email to contact@lachambrefrancaise.fr indicating your order number, your first and last names and the reason for your request.
- After receipt of your payment by our bank, we will proceed to refund your order.
Please note that La Chambre Française reserves the right to refuse to cancel your order in the following cases:
- failure to respect the deadline for sending the email to customer service,
- unjustified or abusive reason.
How can I change my order?
Once the order has been paid, if you have changed your mind, you must send an email within 12 hours to contact@lachambrefrancaise.fr indicating: your order number and the items you wish to modify or delete.
- If the amount is higher than your initial order, we will cancel your first order and you will need to place your new order on the website.
On our side, we will proceed to refund your initial order following our usual refund policy.
- If the amount is less than your initial order, we will modify the affected products. Once our bank receives your payment, we will refund the difference.
An item is no longer available in the size or color I want. What can I do?
We work with a small stock, so it is quite possible that some products are not always available.
However, the majority of products (excluding end-of-line and unique pieces) remain available to order with longer delivery times.
Here's how to do it:
- on the product sheet that interests you, you can click on “Add to cart”,
- the item will be added to your cart,
- You can add other items if you wish and then pay for your order normally.
Please note that delivery times will be extended and indicated before payment of the order.
Is it possible to purchase items directly from your premises?
Unfortunately, our premises are not designed to accommodate the public.
However, if you wish to come to us, you can, when confirming your order on our site, select the delivery option "Collection at La Chambre Française".
What is the "Inspirations" menu? How do you buy your decorative moods?
Inspirations brings together photos of atmospheres and decorative worlds created by La Chambre Française.

By clicking on the image you like, you'll discover all the products that make up the style. All you have to do is select the dimensions and click "Add to Cart." You can confirm and pay for your order as usual.
Deliveries
What are the delivery methods?
We've chosen to work with Boxtal to deliver your orders. This allows us to offer several delivery options in mainland France and internationally. You can have your order delivered to a collection point or directly to your home, via express or standard delivery.

How much are the shipping costs?

Please note that we offer free delivery for all orders over €200 in mainland France and €300 internationally.
What are your preparation and shipping times for my order?
Orders are prepared and shipped within a maximum of 48 hours.
These deadlines may be extended for the following reasons:
- for a pre-ordered item, in production: delivery times are indicated on the sheet for the product concerned,
- for a custom-made item: the delivery time is indicated directly on the quote sent to the customer,
- due to possible delivery delays due to the carrier or following the occurrence of a case of force majeure: The French Chamber declines all responsibility.
If your order includes both in-stock and unavailable items, we will contact you to see if you would prefer to wait and receive your entire order at once or not.
What are your delivery times?
Delivery times vary depending on the delivery method you have chosen.

Where is my order's delivery status? How can I track my order?
Once your order has been paid and validated, you will receive an email at each new stage.
A unique tracking number will be emailed to you, allowing you to track the shipment of your order and determine its exact delivery date. Depending on the carrier chosen, they may also inform you by email or text message of the delivery status of your order.
I haven't received my package or my package is lost. What should I do?
Contact us with your tracking number or order number. We'll take care of the rest and stay in touch with you until we receive your order.
Do you ship worldwide?
We can deliver to a wide range of countries (see our delivery terms ). However, the country you are looking for may not appear in the list: in this case, we will provide you with a quote for the delivery of your order.
Return & Refund
I changed my mind about my order. How do I return my order?

NB: Customer service checks returned products and reserves the right to refuse reimbursement if certain conditions are not met: the product must be in new condition, with original packaging and suitable for resale.
How can I get a refund for my order?
Refunds will be issued once your order has been returned to our premises and accepted by customer service. Refunds will be issued within 10 days to the bank account used for the initial order and will appear in your bank account within a maximum of 7 days (depending on the bank).
What is the time limit for making a return?
In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code, you have 14 working days from the date of delivery of your order to return an item.
Due to the current health situation, we accept returns within 30 days. The conditions for accepting your return remain unchanged.
My account
I lost my password. How can I recover it?
Go to "My Account" in the top right corner of the homepage and click "Forgot Password." You will receive an email allowing you to reset your password.
Is it mandatory to create an account to make a purchase on your site?
You do not need an account to make a purchase.
Without having an account, you can, when validating your basket, complete the few requested details (surname, first name, address) and then proceed to pay for your order.
This information will be used for shipping and tracking your purchase.
How to create an account?

What is an account for?
Your French Chamber account allows you to do a multitude of things:
- Access your purchase invoices
- Manage your addresses, whether delivery or billing

- Track the progress of your orders
How do I unsubscribe from the newsletter?
Unsubscribing from our newsletter is easy. Click the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of each newsletter.

How is my personal data used?
Your personal data is used solely to improve your business relationship with La Chambre Française. This data will help us more easily manage purchases, answer your questions, communicate with you, and more.
We collect the data you provide when creating your account or making a purchase, your email address when subscribing to our newsletter, and the data you provide during your interactions with customer service (whether by telephone, email, or via social media).
